https://sinaccidentes.com (hereinafter, the Website) is a website owned by XPRINTA SIGNS SPAIN, S.L., hereinafter THE OWNER, with CIF/NIF nº: B86679289 and registered office at: Laguna Del Marquesado, 10 Nave 18, C.P. 28021 – Madrid (Madrid).

Access, reproduction, and use of the Website's services requires prior acceptance of the Terms of Use in effect at any given time. THE OWNER reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use whenever it deems appropriate, by publishing the new text on the Website. It is the user's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Terms of Use before accessing the Website's products and services. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Website.

PROPERTY

The Website is a work composed of various integrated and inseparable elements (text, illustrations, photographs, animated images, videos, computer programs, including the website's HTML codes, etc.), whose Intellectual Property belongs to THE OWNER, except for those materials obtained under license from third parties.

The OWNER and its licensors retain at all times the intellectual property rights over the Website and the various elements comprising it, considered individually, in all copies made (regardless of the medium on which they are incorporated), granting only the rights of use described below. • Service already started and loss of the right of withdrawal once fully executed.
• Goods or products made to the consumer's specifications or customized.
• Repair or maintenance operations service at the consumer's request, with the use of additional parts.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To request a product exchange, the customer must contact customer service within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Shipments with postage due will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the product being exchanged is more expensive than the previously purchased product, the customer must pay the difference. If, on the other hand, the new product is less expensive than the previously purchased product, the difference will not be refunded in cash, but will be issued as a gift voucher for use on the next purchase.

To manage any type of return or exchange of products purchased at https://sinaccidentes.com, the customer must contact our Customer Service Department.

The customer must provide us with the order number, and we will explain all the steps to follow. We also inform you that we will not accept exchanges or returns that have not been previously communicated through the indicated channels.

CANCELLATIONS

The customer or user may cancel their order, provided it has not left our warehouse. In such cases, they must contact the OWNER by email at hola@sinaccidentes.com or through Customer Service, providing their identification details and order reference number.

In the event of cancellations, any amounts previously paid by the user or customer will be refunded using the same method used for the initial transaction.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer may cancel the order without charge and without providing any reason, by contacting customer service as soon as possible at the following telephone number: 91 505 29 27, or through the following email address: hola@sinaccidentes.com, whose opening hours are: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

If the order hasn't left our warehouse, we'll cancel it without a problem. However, if the order is already on its way, we'll have to wait to receive it back. Once receipt is confirmed, the product amount will be refunded less shipping costs. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

DATA PROTECTION

The information or personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing of such information and data and declare that all information or data you provide is true and accurate.

MODIFICATIONS
